We strive to get your report and personalized action plan to you as quickly as possible. Typically, the report is released to you between 4 - 6 weeks of the date in which we receive your sample. This timeline is due to the utilization of highest scientific grade equipment, complexity of our analysis and the significant number of biomarkers included in a Molecular You panel.
Occasionally, our analysis phase can take longer than 6 weeks if the sample needs to be rerun, but we'll be sure to update you with further information if this situation arises.
