We strive to get your report and personalized action plan prepared and released to you within 8 weeks of the date in which we receive your sample. This timeline is due to the complexity of our analysis and the significant number of biomarkers included.

Occasionally, our analysis phase can take longer than 8 weeks if the sample needs to be rerun, but we'll be sure to update you with further information if this situation arises.
